Bug fixes, graphic improvements and improved Build Mode!

Hi all, thank you so much for the feedback from our first release, and we have now fixed all known bugs!

Added:

- Controls now shown in build mode

- You can now also sell items back for 100% of the money you paid

- All bugs fixed

- Graphic rendering improved

We will now be focusing on adding more features to the game in the next few updates, and fixing any bugs that arise. Thanks again for the support and we look forward to releasing our next update!
